Turn off and disconnect the gas. Burn off residue for 10 mins, cool, then brush grates. Clean heat deflectors, burners, and interior with soapy water. Wipe the exterior, rinse, and dry all parts. Reassemble, reconnect gas, and test. Repeat regularly!
